These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Capiero, an AI-powered property accounting application ("App") where users can manage and store expense information, property accounting data, and photos in the cloud. By accessing or using Capiero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use Capiero, you must:

4. AI Processing

The App leverages artificial intelligence to analyze and process your uploaded data (e.g., categorizing expenses). While we strive for accuracy, Capiero does not guarantee 100% precision in its AI-powered results.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Capiero may offer subscription plans with recurring billing. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the fees associated with the selected plan.
• Automatic renewal unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Capiero and its associated content, features, and designs are the exclusive property of Capiero. Users retain ownership of their uploaded data, but grant Capiero a limited license to use it for the purposes of providing the App's services.
