Capiero is real estate accounting for landlords — capture receipts, keep income and expenses organized by property, and export PDF and CSV reports. If something isn’t working as expected or you have a question about your account, get in touch and we’ll help.
Account deletion
Delete your account from the app under Account, or email us from the address on your account and we’ll handle it within 30 days.

Download Capiero for iOS on the App Store. The web app is available at capiero.app.
Common questions
How do I add a receipt or expense?
On iOS, tap Capture to add a receipt from the camera, photo library, or files — Capiero suggests the vendor, date, amount, and category for review. On the web, use Create Expense and either upload a receipt for AI parsing or enter the details manually.
How do I export reports?
From Reports, choose the property, period, format (PDF, CSV, or both), and scope (income, expenses, or both). Capiero generates a polished summary and a matching spreadsheet-friendly ledger.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely in the cloud under your account. Only you can read and write your records. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling and our sub-processors.
I found a bug. What now?
Email capieroappfeedback@gmail.com with a short description and, if you can, a screenshot or screen recording. We read every report.
